Elaine Zimmerman

Elaine Zimmerman is a policy leader and poet. Keenly focused on family civics, model policy, and civil rights, she weaves the three together in her leadership for children. Her poetry appears in numerous anthologies, journals, and newspapers. Awards include the Good Housekeeping Award for Women in Government, the Nutmeg, Friends of Acadia, Al Savard, and the William Stafford Poetry Award.
